Evaluation factors shall be set forth in Request for Proposal, Section L, Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offeror, and Section M, evaluation Factors for Contract Award. Work includes, but no limited to repairing the exisiting apron security lighting to provide glare-free, uniform low-level lighting across the entire apron area. The repair includes replacement of the reflectors and adjustment, realignment, removal and/or relocation of the existing fixtures to provide the required minimum lighting level and a uniform lighting pattern. Install glare shields at the top of each fixture. Poject to include a lighting survey. All work to be performed under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation package will be available o/a 30 June 00. The performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. Funds and not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract.
