labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to
replace Composite Support Complex, to include construction of a new
Composite Support and Hazardous Materials Pharmacy building, including
partial remodel of buildings 402 and 501. This project includes
demolition of buildings 010, 201, 242, and 305. Replace Composite
Support Complex consists of a dining hall with kitchen, medical clinic,
wing headquarters and administrative functions, administrative area for
contracting, physical fitness, services administrative area, and
personnel flight. Site work includes relocation of utilities, vehicular
parking, sidewalks, and landscaping. Hazardous Materials Pharmacy
consists of administrative areas, loading and unloading areas,
hazardous materials storage, and outside storage. Remodel work in
buildings consists of interior architectural demolition and remodel
with limited site work. Project includes but is not limited to: (1)
General site work, (2) Concrete foundation with reinforced floor slab,
(3) Structural steel frame with masonry walls, (4) Standing seam metal
roof and built up roof, (5) Personnel doors, (6) Mechanical work, (7)
Electrical work, (8) Kitchen equipment and (9) Fire detection system..
The industry size standard published by the SBA for SIC 1542 is $17.0
million. This project will be unrestricted. All work must be completed
within 540 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. In
order to comply with the Debt Collection Act of 1996, all contractors
must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be
considered for an award of a Federal Contract. For online registration

the requestor. This commercial enterprise, Triangle A&E Inc., will have
a complete set of plans and specifications available for purchase on
