DESC: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all work in connection with the removal and replacement of windows, sliding patio doors, and exterior siding on identified AFH units located in the 8200, 8300, and 8400 Areas, on Fort Drum in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Price Construction" (Requirements). This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1522. This procurement has a base year and two, 1-year option periods and is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000 annually. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about June 23, 2000. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum's Web Page.
