This project entails renovating an existing Kitchen, Dance/Dining, and Bar areas at the Community Center Facility at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR), Richmond, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, doing some minor inside construction work and outside site work (installing a drop inlet). The base bid includes installing a fire alarm system, providing a ramp enclosure to make the facility handicapped accessible and providing draft stops. The optional bid items are are; proving a new floor and wall finishes, installing new vestibule doors, replacing the existing plumbing, providing a Bar Room addition and upgrading the existing bathrooms. Magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $150,000.00 and $200,000.00. Duration of the project is 118 days.
