This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, USZA99-00-Q-0089, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This procurement is unrestricted. This contract action is for one Precast Building, 24 x 40 (23'4" x 39'4"x9'0"I.D., Broom exterior finish (no stain), openings sized and located as required; 3'H x 6" W fixed windows, 6'W x 7"H steel rool up door; double 6'-8" steel doors with door hardware; delivery, offloading and erection onto a level prepoured concrete floor.
