Effective May 5, 2000, Solicitation 7FXP-C6-00-5614-B for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 56, Part II, was refreshed to incorporate the new Clause I-FSS-163, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract(Evergreen)(Apr 2000). This clause permits the Government the option to require continued performance of a contract for an additional 5-year period. The option cannot be exercised more than three (3) times. Certain criteria must be met to exercise any option to extend. This solicitation replaces the solicitation issued October 1, 1999. The maximum order has been corrected to read $75,000 per SIN.
