Motorola, Inc.. This requirement will be accomplished through the
Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR Part 13 dated December 15, 1994.
No solicitation is available. The Contracting Officer will proceed with
with the acquisition to Motorola, Inc. fifteen (15) days from the date
