E-MAIL: Matthew Maciarello, matthew.maciarello@ssa.gov. The Social Security Administration is seeking any vendor who can supply a tool capable of monitoring WEB applications. The tool must be capable of supplying click-stream-analysis and end-user response time. The tool must be non-intrusive to the end user and have minimal overhead. In addition, the tool must have the following capabilities: the tool must collect detailed performance WEB metrics including, at a minimum, server response times, WEB end-user response times, traffic flows, and WEB network latency; the tool must be non-intrusive, i.e. it must not use "cookies;" the tool must be able to collect click-stream-analysis (SSA requires that the tool be able to record what objects the WEB end-user clicks on a screen and what screen paths the end-user follows); the tool must be able to uniquely identify each WEB browser end-user session; the tool must be able to provide the capability to record the number of times an object on a WEB screen is used; the tool must allow SSA to define WEB transactions as well as provide WEB transaction tracking out of the box; the tool must provide both daily and historical reporting capabilities out of the box and allow for customization of reports; the tool must be compatible with SSA's current network infrastructure that uses token-ring bridging and dedicated circuits as well as the future router based Ethernet network supported by ATM and Frame Relay services; data must be exportable to a central site server in a standard database format such as SQL.
