Vendors who can provide the required service should submit documentation that demonstrates interested source's ability to meet Government requirements, and that it is advantageous to the Government to consider such other sources. Responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the publication in the CBD. If a response is made, it must be in writing (reference #NMA20100R0006), and shall include sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to satisfy the stated require- ment.
