The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to establish an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and two option years for software service and user support for Jomar software installed at the Naval Media Center, Washington DC. Base year will contain a maximum of 600 hours, Option Year I will contain at maximum of 450 hours, and Option Year II will contain a maximum of 325 hours. The Government anticipates negotiating and entering in to a contract with Jomar Software Corporation, 1760 Bishop Street, Cambridge, Ontario, Canada N1T 1N5, or their authorized representatives, by the authority permitted at FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
