The USCG intends to award a firm-fixed requirements type contract to the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) and only know PICA certified source, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Period of performance for this requirements type contract will be a basic period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year option periods. Reworked components shall be shipped to the U.S. Coast Guard, Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC 27909-5001. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply the OEM repair data. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation release date is anticipated to be 21 June 2000, and proposals must be received by 21 July 2000, 3:00 p.m. (EST).
