information and collect any necessary additional field data to perform
modeling to demonstrate that the waters of the State will not be
degraded per NAC 445A-430. The contract will include determining any
additional measures needed at the site for this demonstration, such as
additional cover on the heap, additional leachfield capacity, or other
recommendations. The Mt. Hamilton Mine site is located in White Pine
County, Nevada. To access the site, take US Hwy 50 west from Ely, NV
for approx. 45 miles or east from Eureka, NV for approx. 33 miles to
the Green Springs/ Belmont Road turnoff. Take this road approx. 7 miles
to a fork, go right approx. 5 miles along the west side of the White
Pine Range. Est. start date is 7/17/2000 with 60 calendar days for
