The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Sales Closing Services for single family HUD-owned homes located in the New York State counties of Albany, Broome Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, St Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Sullivan, Tioga, Tompkins, Ulster, Warren and Washington. The offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closing of such properties. This will be a fixed-price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 50 and a maximum of 1500 for the base contract period of one year with a two (2) year options to extend the contract. The contractor must establish an office suitable for closings within 15 days after award in the contract area. The contract must be a member of the New York State Bar.
