This will be a 20 x 30 weather protector structure. Fabric should be Patio 500, color code #526, terra cotta, waterproof, flame retardant, mildew and ultraviolet resistant, with a 5 year limited warranty. Support structure will be made with gatorshield steel tubing (or equal). (02) Installation of shade structure at Rota Hall (25017). (03) Shade structure at Saipan Hall (Bldg. 25007). This will be a 30 x 30 weather protector structure. Fabric should be Patio 500, color code #526, terra cotta, waterproof, flame retardant, mildew and ultraviolet resistant, with a 5 year limited warranty. Support structure will be made with gatorshield steel tubing (or equal). (04) Fabrication and installation of a fixed-frame awning at Tinian Hall (Bldg. 25011). This is a design & build concept. Contractor must provide a sketch of awning and frame specifications. This will be a 39 x 12 weather protector structure.
