Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, transportation and supervision necessary to Replace/Extend Central Air at USCG Station Montauk, Montauk, NY (Suffolk County). The work includes removing an existing DX split system air handler and condenser, extending the ductwork serviced by this equipment and installing a new air handler and condenser and related incidental work. Also includes installing two dual zone ductless air conditioning systems (mini-split systems) for the second floor and installing a split system with air handler and ductwork for the third floor air conditioning, installing a bathroom exhaust fan and incidental work. Part of the work involves establishing a new electrical panel to power all the air conditioning equipment from one panel. This work will be accomplished at the Station Building. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
