Work includes civil, architecture, electrical and mechanical work. Civil work includes landscape and erosion control. Architectural work includes demolition and replacement of CMU, masonry, windows, carpeting, ceiling and floor tiles, brick, staircase, etc. Electrical work includes demolition and replacement of lighting, poler, fixtures, panelboard, fire alarm system, and telecommunications. Mechanical work includes HVAC, plumbing (general, potable and waste water), vents, risers, and fire sprinkler system, etc. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
