Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else required to repair existing earthen flood basins in and around a Military Family Housing area on Nellis AFB, NV. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract with an estimated dollar value of the base bid portion of this contract to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The construction performance period will be approximately 180 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1629 with a three (3) year average annual small business size standard of 17 million. The proposed contract listed here is being solicited as unrestricted. The successful contractor will be selected using a past performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the government.
