Women-Owned and Small Disadvantaged Businesses are encouraged to participate. The project is located at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. Construction of a new outdoor firing range located in the Northern part of the base, consisting of 35-lane M-16 and 5-lane M-60 range. The M-60 range will be equipped with steel overhead baffles, Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) side walls and a bullet trap system for containment of the rounds. The M-60 range incorporates the same characteristics, along with the utilization of existing concrete tubes for training. The personnel will have a newly designed control building. It will enable the personnel to see the entire firing line to ensure safety and proper procedure. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 365 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 28 Jun 00 with closing date 30 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal_Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated.
