The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) is seeking contractors that are capable to Overhaul/Repair/Modify the Gas Turbine Engine, AH-64. The Input/Output NSN and P/N are 2840-01-345-2584 and 606545-10-1. The purposed contractual action will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five one-year ordering periods with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) included if required. The quantity for this requirement is minimum 70 each and maximum 300 each to include 15 each FMS as required. All efforts are to be accomplished in accordance with approved Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2840-248-1 and 1-2840-248-2, dated 15 May 1999. This is a safety of flight item and contains parts that are also flight safety, which require engineering testing. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) may be required for prospective sources. Capable Contactor(s) must be able to: (1) TO DEMONSTRATE REQUIRED CAPABILITIES,(2) OWN OR HAVE ACCESS TO ANY REQUIED SPECIAL TOOLING AND TEST EQUIPMENT, (3) TO OBTAIN PARTS FROM ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) and (4) MEET THE GOVERNMENTS' DESIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE (5 EACH, 180 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ASSETS).
