The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) is seeking contractors that are capable to Overhaul/Repair/Modify the Cold Section Module, AH-64. The Input/Output NSN and P/N are 2840-01-121-0751 and 6044T07G01. The purposed contractual action will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five one-year ordering periods with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) included if required. The quantity for this requirement is minimum 24 each and maximum 120 each to include 6 each FMS as required. All efforts are to be accomplished in accordance with approved Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1-2840-248-1 and 1-2840-248-2, dated 15 May 1999 in conjunction with various AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This is a safety of Flight Item and contains parts that are also flight safety, which require engineering testing. This item may require Product Verification Audit (PVA). No Government Furnished Material (GFM) will be provided to prospective sources. Capable Contactor(s) must be able to: (1) TO DEMONSTRATE REQUIRED CAPABILITIES, (2) OWN OR HAVE ACCESS TO ANY REQUIRED SPECIAL TOOLING AND TEST EQUIPMENT, (3) TO OBTAIN PARTS FROM ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) and (4) MEET THE GOVERNMENTS' DESIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE (5 EACH, 120 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ASSETS).
