The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Division of Office, Document, and Imaging, Products and Services (FCGE), is publicizing our Worldwide Multiple Award, Federal Supply Schedule standing solicitation FCGE-C1-00-0001-B, for Management of Office, Document and Imaging Products and Services. The Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts will be used by Federal agencies on a non-mandatory basis. Offeror's are to notice that any awards resulting from this solicitation will be made as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The scope of this solicitation will include international coverage, the 48 contingous states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia and overseas destination. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore, offers may be submitted for consideration at any time. The schedule period is continuous. Contracts awarded under this standing solicitation will have a contract period beginning on the date of award and last for 5 years, unless canceled, terminated or extended under an option period. Identical products and services may be awarded to more than one source, when offers are determined fair and reasonable. This solicitation will include various products and services under Office, Document, Imaging, Products and Services, such as; copier equipment, and it's affiliated programs such as; cost-per-copy plans, flat-rate monthly-fee copying plans, the leasing of copier equipment including third party leasing, rental plans, also digital cameras, film storage equipment, digital photo equipment, motion picture film, microfilm cameras, mailing machine equipment, paper shredding machines, mail processing system, typewriters, calculators, non-powered rotary and powered rotary files. Solicited services includes; needs assessment and analysis services, records management services, document production services, document conversion services, education and training services, and shredding services among other services such as, rental, maintenance, repair and installation services. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about July 14, 2000.
