This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number DAHA3300T6083 is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this procurement is 3585 and the size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is for the following commercial item: Refrigerant Recycler: Model 17800-2K Cool-Tech Multi or equal. A RFQ package which includes detailed specifications can be obtained by calling TSgt Laurabell Tracy, 419-868-4314. The package will be faxed only to those offerors interested in bidding on this solicitation. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced and technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by information submitted by the offeror providing a description in sufficient detail to show that the product quoted meets the Government's requirement. Delivery required is F.O.B. Destination, Camp Perry, Port Clinton, Ohio within 45 days after award. Final inspection of end product will be at Camp Perry, Port Clinton, OH. Base Contracting Office that are non-compliant with any requirement indicated within the solicitation will be rejected without further consideration for award. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sale warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government.
