This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items
prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
number F34612-00-QD071 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition is unrestricted and is
under Standard Industrial Classification code 3585. RTA-200 Chiller
capable of producing up to 187 tons of cooling leaving water
temperature of 42 degrees F with a 95 degree ambient air temperature
across the coil with a minimum of 9.0 EER. Chiller must be rated in
accordance with ARI standards 550-92 compressors semi-hermetical rotary
screw. Complete with power factor correction capacitors and crank case
heaters. This low ambient temperature rated chiller also to include
Square D transformer 500 KVA 480 to 120/208 skid mounted prewired UL
Listed 220 degree C. Rated for outdoor use ANSI C89. And Nema ST-20
Standard. Pump to be closed couple end suction 3x4x7 flanged 5 HP 1750
RPM 20-230/460 V. PH TEFC 500 GPM @ 20' TDH 6.5 amps @ 460/ 3PH Pump
starter mounted in control of chiller NEMA 1 sized for pump wire: min.
of 720' of 535 DLO CU cable 9. WP connectors for cable 9 strain
reliefs for cable fused disconnect: 600 amp, 600 volt rt. 3F disconnect
with 3 trs 600 fuses mounted to chiller skid: 8-6" Dia. 25' sections
with aluminum cam and groove couplers w/ safety clips, ozone and
weather resistant, sbr rubber double steel helix -30 degree to 185
degree F. temperature range rated for minimum 150 WP. Unit is skid
mounted complete with instructions of operation and set up for
temporary use does not need to be on level ground to operate system.

OK 73523-5147 at or before 1200 Noon CST, 21 Jun 00. Submit signed and
dated quotations on company letter head or quotation form. Quotations
may be faxed to (580) 481-5138. Offers on this acquisition shall be
evaluated on the basis of price factors only. The government reserves
the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions. Each
offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR clause
52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items
(FEB 2000) with the quotation. If a copy of the provisions are needed,
please request one from Jay Magbitang, and a copy will be faxed. FAR
clause 52.212-4 (May 1999), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial
Items, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition
with the following addendum: DFARS 252.204-7004 Required Central
Contractor Registration (Mar 1998). The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms
and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive
Orders-Commercial Items (Feb 2000) applies to this acquisition and is
incorporated by reference. Paragraph (b) of the clause incorporates by
