This requirement is to repair a crash damaged HH-60G helicopter, to serviceable condition, that has sustained significant damage as a result of an impact landing. The requirement includes a flight test preparation for delivery. The contractor shall have engineering authority to develop repairs not defined within the contract documentation, using standard aviation maintenance practices and Sikorsky OEM data. The contractor shall provide as Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) the nonstocklisted airframe structural components required to accomplish all structural repairs. Item 0002 Contractor furnished non-stock listed direct material IAW FAR 52.216-7 consumed for the repair of line 0001. Item 0003 Over and Above requirements IAW Appendix "A", page 2, para. 1.1.1.4. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
