synopsis of a requirement for ship repair. This is a request for
quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-00-Q-3FCK09. This RFQ will incorporate
provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-16. The standard industrial classification code is 3731 and
the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the
following: Contractor to provide labor and material to renew Joiner
Bulkhead and Floating Deck on Commanding Officer Cabin Deck and Shower.
Work to be performed at USCG ISC, 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach,
FL. Performance Period: June 19 to July 3, 2000. Specifications to be
provided on request. The government will award a contract resulting
from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to
the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and
other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to
