P -- DEMOLITION OF HANGER AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE SOL 201810R008 DUE 070500 POC Ray Tomori, Contract Specialist, 505-248-6795 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for an experienced contractor to provide all necesary labor, materials, services, equipment, licenses, permits and transportation to demolish, remove and/or dispose/recyle a corrugated metal hanger building; remove and dispose/recycle steel fuel tanks, including all piping and concrete support; remove and dispose of all solid waste at areas designated in the solicitation; disconnect and abandon the septic system; and remove and dispose of concrete fish tank and trailer frame. The project is located at the Matagorda Island National Wildlife Refuge, part of the Aransas National Wildlife Refuge Complex. Matagorda Island is located approximately 65 miles northeast of Corpus Christi, Texas, in Calhoun County. Access to Matagorda Island is by boat or barge from Port Lavac, Texas. An offer guarantee is required as part of the offer submittal. Payment and Performance Bonds are required from the successful offeror after contract award. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, SIC Code 1795, and is open to both large and small business concerns.
