The Headquarters Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (HQ AFCEE), Brooks AFB, TX has a requirement for private sector financial expertise to support the Air Force Military Family Housing Privatization program. HQ AFCEE seeks a support contractor to provide real estate privatization support contractor services in support of the Air Force military family housing privatization program. The ultimate goal of this particular privatization effort will be the successful closure of a real estate transaction for privatization of military family housing at Patrick AFB. Support for this effort is comprised of three line items; Project Development, Deal Closure, and Project Management. This contract requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation IAW FAR Part 12. A Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract using performance/price tradeoff is contemplated with use of commercial service format. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be contract start date through 30 Jun 04.
