The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking a contractor to operate and manage EPA's warehouses (receiving, delivery, excess, etc.), mail rooms and supply store in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This requirement is a total small business set-aside with a SIC code of 8744 and a size standard of $20 million in average annual receipts over the last three years. For information purposes, this contract is a follow-on to contract number 68-D6-0066 with JWK International Corporation. EPA anticipates the award of one performance-based, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract with task orders in accordance with FAR Part 16.504. The minimum requirement is estimated to be 197,000 labor hours. The maximum contract ceiling is estimated to be 260,000 labor hours. The solicitation, PR-NC-00-10599, is estimated to be available on or about June 30, 2000. The base award is anticipated to start January 1, 2001 through September 30, 2001 with subsequent four 12-month options. Proposals will be due approximately 40 days after the RFP issuance date.
