Complex includes two vehicle maintenance buildings with attached oil storage and two deployment storage buildings, complete with required utilities, storm drainage, communications, electric, HVAC, fire protection, walks, curbs & gutters, parking, access drives, exterior lighting, site improvements, grading and demolition of eight existing buildings. Also included is portion of the 106th maintenance building as option #1, portion of 106th deployment storage building as option #2, and portion of hardstand as option #3. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis, not necessarily in order of importance, 1. Past Performance, 2. Experience, 3. Technical Approach, 4. Price Proposal 5. Project Management, 6. Subcontracting Plan. The Price Proposal will be submitted under a separate cover. The contract period will be 360 days, NOT including options. This project will be available on approximately 21 June 2000 and will have a 30 day proposal period. Estimated cost range is $10,000,000 -- $25,000,000.
