This synopsis combines the two notices for the Engineering Maintenance Facility, DAHA45-00-B-0001 and the Composite Support Facility, DAHA45-00-B-0002, into one solicitation, Composite Support Complex, DAHA45-00-B-0001. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, tools and other items to construct two single story steel framed and masonry structures One building is approximately 20,705 square feet consisting of offices, storage and shops. The other building is approximately 24,960 square feet consisting of offices and storage. Project will also include site improvements, electrical power, telephone, natural gas, water and sewer services. Estimated cost of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Time of completion will be 460 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available on or about 27 June 2000. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. It is anticipated that a firm fixed priced contract will be awarded from this solicitation.
