S. Coast Guard Support Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina. There are two Additive Bid Items. Additive Bid Item No. 1 provides for Construction of the Reverse Osmosis System and Associated Utility Building. Additive Bid Item No. 2 provides for Construction of a Jet Blast Deflector and Associated Parking Lot Modifications. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. SFRL-3355 and Drawing No. SFRL-3355, sheets 1 through 56. All work shall be completed within 548 calendar days after Award.
