Provide materials and services necessary for the Construction of
Aircraft Parking Aprons, Helicopter Wash Ramp, and Associated Utilities
at U. S. Coast Guard Support Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
There are two Additive Bid Items. Additive Bid Item No. 1 provides for
Construction of the Reverse Osmosis System and Associated Utility
Building. Additive Bid Item No. 2 provides for Construction of a Jet
Blast Deflector and Associated Parking Lot Modifications. All work
shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. SFRL-3355
and Drawing No. SFRL-3355, sheets 1 through 56. All work shall be
completed within 548 calendar days after Award. THE SOLICITATION WILL
