The Job Corps provides young adults the necessary job training which enables them to gain meaningful employment upon graduation. The dormitory buildings have a capacity of 56 occupants each. Work will include repair of hallway floors, beams, mechanical and electrical deficiencies, renovation of toilet rooms, replacement of shingle roofing, windows, and other work which is covered in the Statement of Work. Anticipated dollar range of construction services is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation number is IFB RMAST-00-094. This solicitation is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
