This project consists of 5.65 miles of road obliteration on Road 2450. This work will include culvert removal, stream course reclaimation, riprap production and placement, fill slope removal and seeding. It will also include reconstruction at MP 7.4 and 7.6. This work consists of excavation, geogrid placement and compaction. MP 7.5 includes excavation, drilling and blasting, slope armoring, hauling and placing pit run and some minor reconditioning of the roadbed. Total for the obliteration and reconstruction is 5.67 miles. Price range between $100,000 and $250,000. Contract time 120 calendar days w/ approx. start September 1, 2000.
