The work is to be performed at the USCG Aviation Training Center, Mobile, AL. The facility is a 9,000-square foot, single-story building. New construction will be for a four-pipe heating/cooling system, direct digital control and a dedicated ventilation air handling/cooling system. The replacement construction includes supply air ductwork, 50-ton air handling unit, gas-fired boiler, fan coil units and air-cooled chiller. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. There is a charge of $30.00 for the bid package.
