Contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to repave (remove and replace)deteriorated asphalt concrete paving for approximately 42,500 square feet of paving on Folsom Dam Road. Work shall also include disposal of all removed materials; the repainting of existing centerline stripes and pavement markings; and replacing reflective markers as described in Statement of Work. All work and materials shall meet the most current State of California Dept of Transportation (CalTrans) specifications. The government will award one contract resulting from solicitation to responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to solicitation, and will be the "Best Value" to the government based on price, technical and past performance factors considered.
