Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, transportation and materials and perform all operations necessary to repair base roofs at Davis-Monthan AFB, Arizona. A firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with one basic year and one option year is contemplated. The guaranteed minimum is $5,000. The estimated contract magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is an unrestricted procurement. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code is 1761 with a small business size standard of $7 Million. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the government.
