The work includes asbestos abatement, mechanical demolition, ductwork, power, air handler replacement and heater control system. All materials, equipment, and labor for the complete removal of a 25-ton Multizone Split Dx HVAC system serving Building 445 and installing three new package HVAC systems. The aproximate square feet of the Chem Lab is 14,124 feet. The period of performance will be 220 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
