This solicitation is for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number F05611-00-T-0929 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-17.
