seeking information from companies that may be able to provide a
commercial or existing DC Power Supply. This is not a request for
quotes, but market research only. The following is/are the list of
requirements for this Power Supply: POWER SUPPLY SPECIFICATIONS INPUT

CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE. 0 -- 15 A. DC. (MIN). 480 WATTS (MIN). 0.75 %
MAX RIPPLE 0.4 V/A VOLTAGE REGULATION FRONT PANEL REQUIREMENTS POWER
ON/OFF SWITCH OR CIRCUIT BREAKER POWER ON INDICATION LIGHT OUTPUT
VOLTAGE CONTROL OUTPUT AMMETER, + 2% ACCURACY OUTPUT VOLTMETER, + 2%
ACCURACY OUTPUT TERMINALS -- POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE PHYSICAL
CHARACTERISTICS SIZE -- HEIGHT X WIDTH X DEPTH 12 X 20 X 20 INCHES MAX.
WEIGHT -- 90 LBS. MAX. TESTING REQUIREMENTS OPERATING TEST. WITH
APPROPRIATE LOAD APPLIED, ADJUST OUTPUT VOLTAGE AND CURRENT WITH PANEL
CONTROLS SO THAT PANEL METERS READ RESPECTIVELY. ATTACH 1/2 PERCENT
ACCURACY VOLTMETER AND AMMETERTO OUTPUT TERMINALS. THE READING ON THE
PANEL METERS SHALL BE WITHIN + 2 PERCENT OF THE APPLICABLE VOLTAGE AND
CURRENT ON THE TEST METERS. VOLTAGE RIPPLE. AT FULL LOAD CONDITIONS,
PLACE AN OSCILLOSCOPE ACROSS THE OUTPUT TERMINALS AND DETERMINE THE
VOLTAGE RIPPLE. VOLTAGE REGULATION. USING A VOLTMETER HAVING AN
ACCURACY OF 1/2 PERCENT, MEASURE THE OUTPUT AT NO LOAD CONDITIONS AND
AT FULL LOAD CONDITIONS AND DETERMINE THE PERCENT CHANGE BETWEEN NO
LOAD AND FULL LOAD CONDITIONS. OVERLOAD. APPLY A SHORT CIRCUIT ACROSS
OUTPUT TERMINALS WHEN THE POWER SUPPLY IS BEING OPERATED AT FULL RATED
OUTPUT. SUBSEQUENT TO THE TEST, THE POWER SUPPLY SHALL BE INSPECTED
FOR DAMAGE AND MEASUREMENTS SHALL BE MADE TO DETERMINE CONFORMANCE WITH
OUTPUT SPECIFICATIONS. Interested sources are encouraged to submit the
