USING A VOLTMETER HAVING AN ACCURACY OF 1/2 PERCENT, MEASURE THE OUTPUT AT NO LOAD CONDITIONS AND AT FULL LOAD CONDITIONS AND DETERMINE THE PERCENT CHANGE BETWEEN NO LOAD AND FULL LOAD CONDITIONS. OVERLOAD. APPLY A SHORT CIRCUIT ACROSS OUTPUT TERMINALS WHEN THE POWER SUPPLY IS BEING OPERATED AT FULL RATED OUTPUT.
