This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, MDA94600T0064 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18, dated 6/6/00. Manufacturer: Intellikey or equal; based on the following salient characteristics: programmable keys that operates, programs, and downloads data with line item 0001 above. CLIN 0003 -- Operating Systems Package, Model #1KS-OS. Quantity -- 3 Each. Manufacturer: Intellikey or equal; based on the following salient characteristics: software, controller, and database tracking which operates Intellikey equipment or equal. (vi) Services, Non-Personal, the contractor shall provide Security Lock Equipment to be delivered to 1111 Jefferson Davis Highway Suite 105, Arlington, VA 22202. (vii) Delivery of all line items must be FOB destination by June 20, 2000. The Government intends to review quotes and award a contract without discussions.
