Featherstone 202-482-0361 The U.S. Deparmtment of Commerce intends to award on a other than full and open competition basis with Financial Systems Consultants, Inc. (FSC), 6409 Eppard Street, Falls Church, VA 22044, for the following items: Upgrade to FSC's Proprietary software, Web Property Management Software Licenses, and Web Hosting. These products are part of FSC's software that was purchased via FSC's GSA Schedule contract. This sole source requirement is based on FSC's predominate experience and proprietary sepcifications of the software. This is a notice of intent and not a request for proposal. If your company believes that they can perform these services, please forward a capability statement to the address in this notice, including prices. All submissions must be received within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. However, all written responses received within 15 days of this synposis will be considered, providing there is sufficient technical and pricing information to enable evaluation of the products to meet the requirements of the agency. Interested firms have 15 days from the publication date of this notice to submit their qualifications/capabilities in the areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the prupose of determining whether or not to conduct a procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after the 15 days or without the required inforamtion will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
