The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center -- San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN-SD) intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) No. N66001-00-R-5059 for the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to provide services for Computer Systems Operation and Hardware Maintenance / Technical Support for the Combat Direction System Development and Evaluation Sites (CDES) located in Building C60 and Building 600-C at SSC San Diego, and in Building 24 at Fleet Combat Training Center Pacific (FCTCP), San Diego, California. The estimated level of effort for this requirement is 14,473 man-hours/year for five years. This is a full and open competition that will result in a single contract award.
