The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has identified a requirement for support of DTRA activities in support of the agency's Deterrence Principal Objective. The scope of this effort extends across the deterrence topic areas focused on the viability, credibility, effectiveness, importance and intellectual infrastructure of the nuclear mission, and removing incentives to use WMD. The contractor shall perform research, analyses, assessments, and technical and operational support directly related to the key elements of the Deterrence Principal Objective. Contractor facility and personnel will require DoD security clearance of TOP SECRET. The estimated period of performance is sixty (60) months.
