This sole-source procurement is a follow on to N66604-99-M-5134 Purchase Order issued to University of Miami (UM) on 22 JUN 99 as a result of UM's competitive response to our Broad Agency Announcement(BAA)98-01. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase Univerity of Miami efforts in the area of analysis and refinement of "Vision Based Navigation" (VBN) algorithms as described in our Statement of Work (SOW). The VBN algorithms were developed by UM under the N66604-99-M-5134 PO. The required delivery is 31 DEC 00, F.O.B.Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI.
