The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA), Bethesda, MD.,is amending the competitive Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the procurement to fulfill the requirements of One-touch Maintenance environment, under the Big Idea program. The BAA is amended to (1) remove the statement "subject to availability of funds", and (2)to notify the offerors that NIMA intends to utilize the Government organization Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE), including commercial companies providing administrative support, and the participation of a Federally Funded Research and Development Center in the evaluation of proposals. The hour and date specified for receipt of offers is NOT extended. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the BAA by one of the following methods (a) by acknowledging receipt of this amendment on each copy of the offer submitted or (b) via e-mail to mackinl@nima.mil which includes a reference to the BAA and this amendment.
