Demolition of the entire area of 12,000 sq. ft area except for plumbing and electrical chases are involved in this project. Demolition of all architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing items are also included in the project. Some of the work involved will be the removal and replacement of doors, flooring, ceiling tiles, sink and cabinets, electrical work, fire protection and HVAC work. The A/E is also required to design related asbestos removal and provide full time CIH services during abatement periods. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
