The Contractor will provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) diagnostic counseling and referral services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (and serviced organizations) civilian employees and their dependents in the greater Omaha, Nebraska, metropolitan area and field offices in South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Also, conduct periodic EAP-related training for supervisors and orientation for all employees; publicize and promote the program within the serviced workforce; evaluate and use and effectiveness of services provided; and submit periodic reports on use of the program.
