The United States Department of Agriculture, Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is planning to contract for services to conduct an Employment Compliance Review for APHIS, AMS and GIPSA. The employment compliance reviews are to measure the extent to which agencies support participation of racial and ethnic minorities, women and persons with disabilities in the program and policy areas within their jurisdictions. This solicitation is being published as a small business set aside procurement under SIC 8742, Management Consulting Services. It is anticipated that there may be a need for multiple awards. Solicitation 64-M-APHIS-00 will be released about June 23, 2000 at the wedsite listed below. Parties are encouraged to obtain their copy of the solicitation and the pertinent attachments from this location. Any amendments to the modification will be posted at the same location.
