The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, management, supervision, and incidental related work as required to remove and replace carpet, floor tile, and cove base in various buildings at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA, in accordance with all Federal applicable Federal, State, Environmental, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
