This is a sole source notice in accordance with FAR 6 302-1 "Only One responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agencey requirements" of the Governments intent to negotiate with Hatcher Catering Inc., 1100 Walnut Street, PO Box 70, Starke, Florida on an other than full and open competitive basis for the procurement to provide meals to approximately 2000 Junior ROTC Cadets during the period 18 July through 25 July for cycle one and 25 July through 1 Aug for cycle two with approximately 1000 meals per cycle. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to provide Meals for JROTC Cadets at Camp Blanding, Florida, as defined in this contract, except Government furnished property and services, as specified in section C.3. Due to remoteness of Camp Blanding, the only eating establishment within the immediate area that can provide three balanced meals to the large number of cadets. Hatcher Catering is adequately staffed and equipped to meet the required needs during the scheduled contract period. The applicable SIC Code is 5812and the magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
